Most people believe that children before they reach the age of accountability will be saved. How does that belief square with the children that were destroyed in the flood and the children, along with the men and women, that God told the Israelites to kill in conquering the promised land?

I have been considering Bible college, however, my rabbi doesn’t feel that is it truly necessary. I trust his opinion but was wondering if you know of any good reasons for or against going to Bible college.

Why is it in the New Testament we are not told to pay tithes. { ten percent of our income}?Aren’t we to give to the poor? I’m confused..

I have a real prayer burden for my children and their spouses. They reject the Bible as the Word of God. One even said that it’s” just words written by men and I know men.” When I point out that- It claims to the “inspired ” Word given by the Holy Spirit to holy men , and it’s historical accuracy , the test of time, etc…they turn a deaf ear.

Romans 8:1 in the NIV states, “There is now, therefore, no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus. (Period). Yet, in the NKJV, it says no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, (Comma) who walk not according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. To me, this lays out an entirely different context of the same verse for each version you read. Please explain.

If God knew that people would die without being saved, why did he give us free will? Wouldn’t it have been easier to skip straight to us all living in Heaven, as we will be when Jesus returns?
