Is there any indication in the scriptures of how far apart each of the judgments are spaced during the 7 year tribulation period? And specifically at what point of the tribulation does the 6th Seal Judgment take place?

Does the Lord say anywhere about the enemies of Israel fighting amongst themselves? I was thinking about how the Sunnis and Shias are at war with each other but are still enemies of Israel. Also, the U.S. now says that it will speak with Iran and Syria about the current Iraq situation. Do you think that this could lead to discussions about the U.S. abandoning Israel to it’s enemies?

My nephew was taught predestination. He thinks that since God knows the choices he is going to make anyways, that he can make poor ones and it is totally OK, cause God knew he would do it anyways. I really don’t know what to say to him or what scriptures to point him in the right direction.

My question deals with the prevalence of “The Prosperity Gospel”. Some of the well meaning proponents of this suggest that if one is sick, or poor, or even dies untimely, it is evidence of a lack of faith. I find it offensive, and am troubled because some I love have stated this, and it is divisive.

I’m writing because I’ve been rather perplexed for quite some time over the issue of those who profess Christ as Savior yet have behavior which is very inconsistent with one who has the Holy Spirit inside them. Is it possible to claim Jesus as Savior but not be saved?

Who exactly are the ungodly? Are they all non-Jews or just people who were disobedient to God?
My question to you is, what happens to people who were followers of God but not part of the covenant relationship between God and His chosen people?
Also where do non-believers go today - do they also await judgment with those from the past.

Jack what is your take on 1 peter 4:17? This sounds to me like judgment is going to begin with the church. Where and how is this judgment going to take place? Thanks for your time!
