One Language Again?

Q. I really enjoy reading your answers to questions. My question is will we go back to one language when in heaven … like before the Tower of Babel?

A. Whether we’re able to intuitively understand all languages, as was the case at Pentecost, or whether we’ll have a common language, there will be no more impediments to understanding caused by language barriers.  Personally I think we’ll all speak Hebrew, in the ultimate fulfillment of Zephaniah 3:9

For then I will restore to the peoples a pure language, That they all may call on the name of the LORD, To serve Him with one accord. (NKJV)
