Michael The Restrainer?

In your commentary you write “And as an aside, Michael didn’t even dare to accuse Satan during their dispute over the body of Moses (Jude 9)But he’s going to single handedly restrain Satan’s influence in the world? It doesn’t make sense.”
Q. In your commentary you write “And as an aside, Michael didn’t even dare to accuse Satan during their dispute over the body of Moses (Jude 9) – (and that’s because Michael knows that Satan is God’s servant, so why would he dare to accuse him??). But he’s going to single handedly restrain Satan’s influence in the world? It doesn’t make sense.”
What does make sense is that Daniel 9:24 says “Seventy weeks have been decreed for YOUR people (Daniel’s people) and for YOUR holy city (Jerusalem)…” After reading that, Daniel 10:13, 21 and Revelation 12:7, then you read Daniel 12:1, and THEN 2 Thessalonians 2:6 and it’s obvious that Michael IS the restrainer, NOT the Holy Spirit.
A. According to your scenario Michael defeats Satan (God’s servant?) in Heaven and casts him to Earth where he goes after the remnant of Israel. (Rev. 12:7-9, 13-17.) In the next verse, which is Rev. 13:1, we see Satan on earth empowering the beast (anti-Christ) and the Great Tribulation begins. Daniel 12:1 has Michael arising to protect Israel and says this will happen at the beginning of the Great Tribulation. But at the same time Michael (the restrainer?) is also taken out of the way so the anti-Christ can stand in the Temple and proclaim Himself to be God (2 Thes. 4,7) , an event that Jesus says will begin the Great Tribulation (Matt. 24:15-21). All three of these actions take place at the beginning of the Great Tribulation.
To me it seems like you have Michael preparing do battle on behalf of Israel while at the same time being taken out of the way so the anti-Christ can do his worst … to Israel. In other words, he would be releasing the full power of the anti-Christ just when he’s trying to defend Israel against him. Like I said, it doesn’t make sense.
