Could (the Mediterranean 10) be the “Ten Horns” of the beast rising from the sea?

Q. Could (the Mediterranean 10) be the “Ten Horns” of the beast rising from the sea?

A. While I agree with the conclusion of the so-called Mediterranean Ten that the “Middle East Road Map” has failed, I don’t think they’re the 10 horns of the beast.

A more likely candidate is the WEU or Western European Union, a 10 nation confederacy composed of the only full fledged and permanent members of the EU. All others are associate members of one kind or another. For example, only the WEU has been given the authority to raise an army.

Note: For those of you wondering, the Mediterranean 10 consists of Bulgaria, Cyprus, Spain, France, Greece, Italy , Malta, Portugal, Romania and Slovenia.
