Reigning In The Millennium

I understand that believers will be rewarded for the good deeds and suffer loss for the bad deeds. Someone told me that the ones that suffer loss will not reign in the 1000 year millennium. Is this true?

A. I’ve never found a shred of Biblical evidence to support this view. The only people who won’t suffer loss are the ones who have never done anything with wrong motives. Do you know anyone like that? Neither do I.
