Why Just Us?

Q. I had a friend ask me why most of God’s nature related judgments hit the Bible Belt and not our cities that resemble Sodom and Gomorrah? Any thoughts?

A. Remind him of the Earthquakes in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Northridge, CA (the Hollywood of porn), the Hurricane in New Orleans, the Twin Towers attack in NYC, etc.  Before the Lord’s finished everyone will get a piece of the action.

You might also remind him that all of these locations are home to large Christian communities, and there are lots of sinners in the Bible Belt.
