How Close Are We?

Q. Lately I discovered in a few of your answers to people’s various questions (in the “Ask a Bible Teacher” section) that you imply that the rapture is near.What is your opinion about the possible time frame till the rapture (besides that it can happen any day)? Thanks your help!

A. No one can predict the timing of the rapture because it will take place on a previously unknown day at a previously unknown hour.  What I have stated is that according to my studies all end times prophecies up to and including the 2nd Coming can be fulfilled as early as 2018 but no later than 2037. Given that the rapture has to precede the 2nd Coming by at least 7 years you can see that we may be getting very close.
