Is This Where We’re Headed?

Q. The world markets are crashing – sure does look very similar to Revelation – smoke rising – and no more trading.  Also – The passage that tells of the mark of the beast so you can’t sell or buy unless you got the mark.  IS this where we are heading sooner rather than later?

A. Yes. With a number of stops along the way (like Psalm 83, the Rapture, and Ezekiel 38) the world is quickly headed for the Seal judgments of Rev. 6 and particularly the 3rd seal of verses 5-6.  Within 2-3 years after that the anti-Christ will have control of world markets (Rev. 13:16-17) and in another 3 1/2 years the world’s economy will lie in ruins. (Rev. 18) In the past we’ve thought of these events as being part of the distant future, but it could all happen within the next 10 years or so.
