What Does “All Things” Mean?

Q. Romans 8:32 says: “He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?” What does it mean that “…graciously give us all things”? What are these “all things”? God bless you!

A. I believe the passage means just what it says.  Having given his son’s life for us, what would He withhold? Is there anything more valuable?  To me the Bible is very clear in saying that whatever we ask for in faith, believing that we’ll receive it, He’ll give us.  (Mark 11:24) The limitation is neither His ability nor His desire, but our belief.
