The End Of The Age

I was wondering.  Did God have John mention Gog/Magog in Revelation in order to give us some information about the Gog/Magog in Ezekiel?  Specifically, that the Ezekiel Gog/Magog war will also end one age and begin another. Meaning the end of the Church age and the beginning of Daniel’s 70th week? It seems like you might have already said as much.

A. While age of the Church ends with Daniel’s 70th week (or more specifically the Rapture which precedes it), it doesn’t signal the beginning of a new age. The Church interrupted the Age of Law seven years short of its intended length.  Daniel’s 70th Week is that last 7 years.  That’s why Israel will need a Temple during that period. The next new age is the Kingdom Age or Millennium.
