Disproving The Bible?

I’ve noticed lately that there’s been a barrage of “discoveries” by scientists where they are trying to disprove the Bible as being inspired of the Spirit, and trying to disprove miracles in the Bible.

Q. I’ve noticed lately that there’s been a barrage of “discoveries” by scientists where they are trying to disprove the Bible as being inspired of the Spirit, and trying to disprove miracles in the Bible.

I know the Bible tells us that this is one of the signs of the times, but could you please tell me WHERE it tells us this? I would sure appreciate your help in the matter! Have a blessed day!

A. There are several good ones. Here are three.

The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. (1 Tim 4:1)

But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— having a form of godliness but denying its power. (2 Tim 3:1-5)

For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths. (2 Tim 4:3-4)
