Just Because We Believe

Q. The only reason for the unique position of the Church - that we are the most blessed “group”- is that we “believe without seeing”? Our faith is the only reason that God granted us salvation what we can’t lose and declared us the most blessed group or there are any other reasons? My other question is: have the Church a special place in the Lord’s heart and if it’s so,what is the possible reason? Thanks your help! God bless you!

A. The only reason that we’re in such a blessed relationship with God is that we took Him at His word.  We believed by faith.   It’s why we have eternal security and it’s why we occupy such a special place in the Lord’s heart.  When we come to Him like little  children and say “If you said it, I believe it” all the business of the Universe stops and heaven breaks forth in joyous celebration (Luke 15:10) because we don’t doubt or question or demand proof but accept by faith.
