Q. Re: Matt. 9:16-17. I understand the literal meaning of these verses but don’t understand the point Jesus was making in the context of the chapter. Could you shed some light on this please?

Q. My questions is this: we have some preachers who preach the Word but the people seem to be starving. If the speaker tries to feed them meat they almost seem to cover their mouths (and ears) and back up. Living by faith is just a phrase to most believers and faith is inversely proportional to the material goods we have, as you have stated. Is this a fulfillment of prophecy or just the natural progression followed by Europe before us?

Q. As we strive to be prepared for Christ’s return I often read Revelation. I have a desire to understand prophecy since it was given to us by God. My question concerns the Wrath of the Lamb that is introduced after the opening of the sixth seal. It appears to me that the trumpet judgements occur prior to Satan setting himself up in the temple. Is the Wrath of the Lamb and the Wrath of God the same timing?

Q. As always thanks for your teaching and insight. My question is, ‘considering the present state of world affairs, are we experiencing birth pains or is that terminology reserved for the tribulation period?’

Q. In the last several years, I’ve received many comments where people tell me that Jesus is black and that the Tribe of Judah is Black. I’ve tried doing my own research on this but can’t seem to find a sound Biblical site that can give me an answer on this. I want to say that it doesn’t make any difference to me what color Jesus is, but so many are saying that Jesus was black and the Jews in Israel are not the true Jews. Is there any truth to this?

Q. There seems to be good arguments that Daniel’s 70th week begins with Rev 7 or later with the moon turning red. These arguments present that the church is not protected from the seals and that the church will be purified during this time. Their claims are that the seals are birthing pains. Is it possible that the 70th week does not begin until AFTER the seals are presented?

Q. I just want to make sure I am on the right track. In Revelation 6, the seal judgements, I see it as 7 scrolls sealed with 7 seals. When the first seal is opened then the first judgments are described –right? The second seal is broken and the judgments described. etc.

Q. I’m having a hard time understanding why so many people think that the multitude in Rev. 7:9 are new Christians killed sometime after the Rapture! I find two problems with this theory: First, it says in Rev. 20:4-5 that the martyred saints are given glorified bodies at that time, not way back in Chapter 7. Also, could there really be that many people coming to Christ ALL AT ONCE during such troublesome times, especially in light of the fact that God “sends a strong delusion, that they should believe a lie”? Until someone can give me good Scriptural backing, I will stay convinced that we Christians are the multitude of Rev. 7:9.

Q. 1 Corinthians 2:14 says, “But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.” Could you help me to understand this in greater depth? I gather from this verse that unbelievers (those not born again) who do not have the guidance of the holy spirit reject the word of God or simply don’t understand it. Following this trend of thought, is it only believers who can understand the word of God? How then do unbelievers become believers if they cannot understand the things or word of God?

Q. I know you said that you believe all Children under the age of accountability will go in the Rapture, but is it not possible that God, who knows when we are still in the womb whether or not we will accept or reject his gift of salvation through Jesus, would take the children that he knows would have accepted, and leave the ones he knows were going to grow up to reject Jesus, to take all children it would seem very likely that he would be taking children that were going to grow to reject Christ.
