In 15:46 it mentions the rigamaroll that Joseph of Arimathea went thru in preparation for the burial of Jesus, finishing off with the statement “…and rolled a large stone in front of the sepulchre”. Question. How big was that stone?

How Big Was Samson?

I have a question about Samson. I recently heard a Pastor remark that Samson was a relatively small man and his strength was of God. I know the strength came from God and it would make it even more remarkable to those people at that time if he were small, but I don’t know if that is actually stated in the Bible.

I know that there are different versions of fasting: some where people are allowed to eat after 3pm, some after sunset, some can eat meat, some only chicken, some no meat at all, etc. With all the variations on fasting that are out there, I want to know if it is clear how Jesus fasted?

Left Out Of The Bible?

Catholics are attempting to refute the concept of Sola Scriptura by saying that it is self defeating in that scripture itself doesn’t claim to be the only spiritual source of truth. They are seeing that as a green light to push their own doctrines such as transubstantiation, purgatory and veneration of Mary and the saints.

Marriage Question

Where did the concept of using a pastor or minister as an officiator for a wedding begin? I have not seen any reference in the Bible that you must be married by one, so why is it done? What makes a couple truly married?
