Q. I was wondering if you could answer a question for me, please? Are there any Bible passages that teach us about exactly who can interpret the Bible? Or if the Bible in any way authorizes interpretation?

Q. This may seem silly, but I can’t help but ask. In Psalm 22:21 I see the word unicorns in KJV. Does this mean horse-like unicorns did used to exist or are they speaking of another creature? I’m sorry for the pointless question but I’m curious to say the least.

Q. I’ve been reading your answers and it really helped me. Thank you. My question is what you think abut 70 years in Zechraiah? Does it by any chance have somehing to do with the 70 years of lifespan? And does that possibly mean 70 years since 1948?

Q. As a former Catholic it was such a revelation to find out I did not need a middleman (priest) to go to the Father to confess my sins and be forgiven. But in reading John 20:19-23 where Jesus states “if you forgive anyone his sins, they are forgiven and if you do not, they are not forgiven”. My question is, how can a man, even someone as close to Jesus as an apostle, forgive sins? Is not that only for the Father to do?

Q. In the King James Version, Daniel 2:43 reads, “And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.” I have read about nephilim in the Bible and also on your website, and have a three fold question.

Q. I’ve read many postings on your site and appreciate them greatly. But I’m surprised at your interpretation of the Mustard Seed Parable. There are different “birds” mentioned in the various passages of the Bible; the little birds is akin to sparrows–you will find that God uses the sparrows to indicate His care for us both in the NT and in Psalms. David writes of them finding “rest” in the courts of the temple–as he refers to the godly finding rest in the Lords Temple. I’m surprised that this common interpretation is quickly accepted, without folks discriminating between the various types of birds: little birds and predators.

Q. John the Baptist met & knew Jesus several times: before birth, while baptizing Jesus, etc… (besides being Jesus’ cousin) and yet John had to be assured once again after he was arrested by Herod. What happened to make him doubt while he was in prison?

Q. Other than my wife, you have been my closest relative in the Lord. My question is regarding the Virgin Birth of Jesus our savior. My wife (a baby nurse practitioner) and I are trying to confirm that Jesus was placed in the womb of Mary. We believe that the entire person of Jesus (egg and sperm; i.e. zygote) was placed in her womb by the Holy Spirit (God). Luke 1:28-31 are the appropriate verses.
