Push For Peace

Q. Thank you for always doing such a remarkable job with your wonderful website.  I tell everyone about it!  What is your take on this push for peace, where all of these countries are now pressuring Israel to give away even more land for this so-called peace agreement? These leaders are really backing the new leadership in Israel into a corner.  Thank you for all that you do, including your patience.

What About The Jews Outside Of Israel?

Q. Is there a difference between the Jews who live across the world (and in the United States), and the promises that God and Jesus gave for Israel?   So, if the 70 years of weeks applied to the people of Israel, and so many prophecys are directed toward God’s people of Israel and His holy city Jerusalem, what about Jewish people living elsewhere?

Israel And The Church

Q. My question is this:   In Romans 11:17 where Paul is talking about being grafted in to the vine, that confuses me.   How then do we have separate destinies and inheritances if we are grafted in to the vine?   Or are the branches that were broken off, the unbelieving Jews, and the branches that remained the Messianic Jews and they are who we were grafted into?  Either way, what are the verses that talk of our separate destinies and do we ever “come together” again?  Or do we stay in the New Jerusalem and the then believing Jews stay on earth?  Read Post »

Understanding Zechariah 12:2-3

Q. RE: Zechariah 12:2-3. My Bible notes say this passage is talking about before a battle right before Armageddon but it certainly does seem to describe how the World is feeling about Gaza and Israel right now. What do you think? Read Post »

The End Times According To Isaiah, Part 3

A Bible Study by Jack Kelley

The next view Isaiah gave us of the End times is found in chapters 11-12 and concerns the Messiah.

Isaiah 11, The Branch From Jesse

A shoot will come up from the stump of Jesse; from his roots a Branch will bear fruit.
The Spirit of the LORD will rest on him- the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of power, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD – and he will delight in the fear of the LORD.

How Do We Know The Re-Birth Of Israel Is A Sign?

Q. Thanks for taking the time to answer the questions of your many readers.  In many posts and articles on your site, there is much discussion about the timing of the 2nd coming and the rapture.  It appears that in the calculations the date of the reunification of the Jews as a nation in Israel in 1948 is used to determine the beginning of the end of times which Jesus referred to in Matthew 24.  Then, 70 years after that (a generations life span), the 2nd coming would happen using the statement in Matthew 24:34 in which Jesus referred to the generation that would not pass until the 2nd coming happened. Confirming The Treaty

Q. In your viewpoint, is there any treaty presently in existence that AC merely has to blow the dust off and resurrect or confirm, or are we still waiting for that special Treaty to be written? Read Post »

The Gaza War And Prophecy

Q. I’m curious and as always expecting the soon return of the Lord. If the current trouble in Israel and Gaza turns out to be something in any way prophetic, what in your opinion do you think we’d see and what might it be?  It could still be one of the many wars that Jesus said would occur in the last days, right? Yet anything that relates to Israel must have some value in that regard.  Also, it seems I read in the Word that Gaza once belonged to Judah. Is this correct? Read Post »

The More Things Change, The More They Stay The Same.

Commentary by Jack Kelley

On the night Jesus was born, the Parthians (remnant of Persia and forerunners of today’s Iran) and the Romans (forerunners of the End Times Kingdom of the anti-Christ) were at odds with each other. The Syrians didn’t like the Jews and had tried unsuccessfully to conquer them, their attempt having been thwarted by the Maccabean revolt. Israel’s sovereignty had all but vanished, and the nation’s very existence was in doubt. Their King didn’t have the country’s best interests at heart, and many questioned the legitimacy of his government. Read Post »

Building Israel’s Temple

Q. I understand that in the bible prophesy, the 3rd temple has to be built before anti-christ appears. Will the rapture takes place before the completion of the temple or after the completion? I saw in a website that the Temple Institute, an organization in charge of the rebuilding of the temple project in Israel, has already started building the the 3rd temple.  Does it imply that the 3 1/2 years of peace for Israel is coming very soon, say perhaps between the year 2012 to 2015?
