Q. I come from a family where the women have big hips and some are just plain fat all over. I am over weight and I know the Lord wants us to take care of our bodies. My question may be insignificant to some but to me it is important. I have had to deal with being made fun of when I was over weight and then had to deal with negative comments for my wide hips when I was at my perfect weight. No matter if I was fat or skinny I always had negative comments made about my shape. So, when I get to heaven is God going to give me a perfect shaped body? Or will I still look like an hour glass that was blown up a little to much. I know I shouldn’t even worry about that but after being treated this way it would be nice to finally be proportioned positively.

Q. Since the current age is rapidly closing my wife and I are somewhat Home sick (like most of the Church) for the coming millennium. My question is, knowing, that when one dies during this time a person that dies would be considered an infant, where do people (believers) spirit go during that first 1000 years? Would it be like it is now, when would they acquire their glorified bodies?

Q. During the Great Tribulation the Holy Spirit will act in the same manner he did during the Old Testament.. What will be the role of the Holy Spirit during the Millennial period? And for that matter can or will people get saved during this period? Or not, because Satan is bound therefore there is no evil?

Q. I have one question. I have read on the site that Revelation 21 takes place during the millennium and that the Church will live in the New Jerusalem (which will orbit the earth) while Israel and the tribulation saints live on the new heaven and earth. The thought is that Revelation 21:1 is referring to Isaiah 65:17.

Q. Do you believe life at the beginning of the millennium will start out being more simple and less complicated? For instance do you think families mostly will be farming, planting vineyards, etc, and using the barter system? I wonder how land will be distributed? Is this where Isaiah 9 comes into fruition; “The government will be upon his shoulders.”

Q. I have been trying to understand if King David will be brought back to Jerusalem when Christ comes again. Some commentators say he will be like a co-regent with Christ but others comment that the scriptures refer to Christ, not David. Could you straighten this out for me?

Q. Regarding the Royal Family, when I look at 1 Pet. 2:9 I first have to remind myself that Peter addressed this letter to Jews because in his salutation he addresses it to the pilgrims of the Dispersion/exiles of the Dispersion/aliens scattered/God’s elect, strangers in the world, scattered. When he states in 2:9 that you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God isn’t he talking about the children of Israel and not the Church? Wouldn’t it be the children of Israel that is the Royal Family?

Q. My question has to do with Christ being the light and we will have no need for the sun to light our way in the New Jerusalem. I always thought that the Bible says that we will always have the seasons and night and day. Does this pertain only to the earth and not to The New Jerusalem and that we will not sleep like we do during our night now?

Q. I get myself confused trying to decipher where Jesus will be during the Millennium. I understand that the New Jerusalem is a “satellite” where we the church will reside. Will what we now know as the current Jerusalem still exist on the earth? I tend to think it will based on Zech. 8:4-5. From your article on sacrifices during the Millennium, I believe there will exist a temple on earth where the sacrifices occur. So, will Jesus reside on the earth? But we read that a New Jerusalem is a light source for the earth. Is this Light Source God (Shekinah Glory) since Jesus is on the earth?

A Bible Study by Jack Kelley
After Jesus and his disciples arrived in Capernaum, the collectors of the two-drachma tax came to Peter and asked, “Doesn’t your teacher pay the temple tax?”
“Yes, he does,” he replied.
When Peter came into the house, Jesus was the first to speak. “What do you think, Simon?” he asked. “From whom do the kings of the earth collect duty and taxes—from their own sons or from others?”
“From others,” Peter answered.
“Then the sons are exempt,” Jesus said to him. “But so that we may not offend them, go to the lake and throw out your line. Take the first fish you catch; open its mouth and you will find a four-drachma coin. Take it and give it to them for my tax and yours.” (Matt. 17:24-27)
