Q. I heard that Lucifer and Satan are not same, but are two different beings. Also, I couldn’t find the word “lucifer” in the bible except for once in the KJV. Ezekiel 28 says he’s not the devil but a man! (Ezekiel 28:2) Lucifer was innocent in the beginning ( Isaiah 14), but Satan was not innocent in the beginning. John 8:44. Can you help clear this up?

Q. I recently read a devotional written by a well known evangelical Christian speaker who stated that at His death, Jesus “legally entered the regions of the damned and stripped Satan of everything. He took away all his armor. He took the keys to death and hell. He bound that strong man, looted his kingdom, and Colossians says He spoiled principalities and powers and made a show of them openly triumphing over them.” That Jesus then gave that victory to us. I know that Jesus descended into Hell, but I’ve never been able to find anything in the Bible to support the actions cited above. Could you possibly help me with this. I’m not sure that this speaker is correct?

Q. I am wondering what the difference is between ‘fallen angels’ and Satan’s ‘demonic horde.’ I always thought demons WERE the fallen angels. Also, Satan and his hordes of demons do tempt us along with the temptation of the world and our flesh, right?

Q. I’ve told my daughter, who is 15, that Satan has access to God right now, and has to ask to do things to people…siting the book of Job, where he asked God if he could test him. Is that correct? Then my daughter asked “Why would God ever say yes to him, to allow him to do bad things to people?” That stumps me. Can you help?

Q. I know that Jesus is my Savior, and I know that the only way to get saved is to believe in Him and His death on the cross for my sins. I have been wrestling with Satan who is trying to convince me that I am either not saved, or that I don’t have faith in what Christ did, or that i believe that I have more to do to keep my salvation. I know none of this is true, but how can I convince my heart of this and get Satan out of my head?

Q. After Satan’s fall, why did God allow him to deceive Adam and Eve, and to continue to run rampant throughout the earth destroying lives when God could have simply cast him into the lake of fire from the beginning and have it done with, sparing mankind (including Adam and Eve)?

Q. What is so important about having a one world religion?
