Jehov\u00e1, no me reprendas en tu furor, ni me castigues en tu ira. Porque tus saetas cayeron sobre m\u00ed, y sobre m\u00ed ha descendido tu mano. Nada hay sano en mi carne, a causa de tu ira; ni hay paz en mis huesos, a causa de mi pecado. Porque mis iniquidades se han agravado sobre mi cabeza; como carga pesada se han agravado sobre m\u00ed.<\/em><\/p>\n

Hieden y supuran mis llagas, a causa de mi locura. Estoy encorvado, estoy humillado en gran manera, ando enlutado todo el d\u00eda. Porque mis lomos est\u00e1n llenos de ardor, y nada hay sano en mi carne. Estoy debilitado y molido en gran manera; gimo a causa de la conmoci\u00f3n de mi coraz\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n

Se\u00f1or, delante de ti est\u00e1n todos mis deseos, y mi suspiro no te es oculto. Mi coraz\u00f3n est\u00e1 acongojado, me ha dejado mi vigor, y aun la luz de mis ojos me falta ya. Mis amigos y mis compa\u00f1eros se mantienen lejos de mi plaga, y mis cercanos se han alejado.<\/em><\/p>\n

Los que buscan mi vida arman lazos, y los que procuran mi mal hablan iniquidades, y meditan fraudes todo el d\u00eda. Mas yo, como si fuera sordo, no oigo; y soy como mudo que no abre la boca. Soy, pues, como un hombre que no oye, y en cuya boca no hay reprensiones. Porque en ti, oh Jehov\u00e1, he esperado; t\u00fa responder\u00e1s, Jehov\u00e1 Dios m\u00edo. Dije: No se alegren de m\u00ed; cuando mi pie resbale, no se engrandezcan sobre m\u00ed.<\/em><\/p>\n

Pero yo estoy a punto de caer, y mi dolor est\u00e1 delante de m\u00ed continuamente. Por tanto, confesar\u00e9 mi maldad, y me contristar\u00e9 por mi pecado.<\/em><\/p>\n

Porque mis enemigos est\u00e1n vivos y fuertes, y se han aumentado los que me aborrecen sin causa. Los que pagan mal por bien me son contrarios, por seguir yo lo bueno.<\/em><\/p>\n

No me desampares, oh Jehov\u00e1; Dios m\u00edo, no te alejes de m\u00ed. Apres\u00farate a ayudarme, oh Se\u00f1or, mi salvaci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00bfSab\u00eda usted que el Se\u00f1or no lo puede castigar por sus pecados de la misma manera como castigaba a los pecadores en el Antiguo Testamento? A esta gente le daba lepra, la mord\u00edan serpientes venenosas, las plagas las golpeaban junto a sus ganados, o se los tragaba la tierra. Pero debido a la Cruz, en la que el Padre castig\u00f3 a Su Hijo por mis pecados y los suyos, es que somos libres. No me mal interpreten, eso no quiere decir que usted no va a sentir las consecuencias terrenales de su comportamiento. Si usted comete un robo en una tienda y es capturado, probablemente ir\u00e1 a la c\u00e1rcel, sea usted una persona cristiana o no. Pero usted no debe de preocuparse de que su nombre sea borrado del Libro de la Vida del Cordero. Su lugar en el cielo est\u00e1 asegurado.<\/p>\n

\u00bfEntonces por qu\u00e9 nos sentimos como David al describir su sentimiento en este Salmo luego de haber cometido un grave pecado? Pues bien, hay dos razones para ello. Podemos estar sintiendo la convicci\u00f3n del Esp\u00edritu Santo urgi\u00e9ndonos a confesar nuestro pecado para que seamos perdonados. Si ya lo hemos confesado, entonces hemos sido perdonados (1 Juan 1:9<\/strong>) y los sentimientos que estamos experimentando son causados por la culpa. Y esa es otra fuente del todo diferente. La culpa es el arma que usa Satan\u00e1s para abrir una grieta entre nosotros y el Se\u00f1or.<\/p>\n

Una manera segura para saber lo que estamos sintiendo es mirando en cu\u00e1l direcci\u00f3n nos estamos dirigiendo. Si nos dirigimos hacia la cruz, es convicci\u00f3n, y si nos dirigimos en sentido contrario, es culpa. Cuando el Se\u00f1or le pregunt\u00f3 a Ad\u00e1n si hab\u00eda comido del fruto prohibido, \u00c9l no estaba buscando informaci\u00f3n, sino que estaba buscando una confesi\u00f3n. El Se\u00f1or ya sab\u00eda lo que hab\u00eda sucedido. La culpa de Ad\u00e1n hizo que este corriera a esconderse y a cubrir su cuerpo. Su negativa a confesar (culp\u00f3 a Eva) fue la causa del distanciamiento que esperaba lograr Satan\u00e1s, y Ad\u00e1n tuvo que abandonar el para\u00edso.<\/p>\n

Si Ad\u00e1n hubiera confesado su pecado, \u00bfla historia humana habr\u00eda sido diferente? Tendr\u00edamos que pregunt\u00e1rselo. Pero \u00bfser\u00e1 su vida diferente si usted simplemente confiesa sus pecados y luego reprende al diablo por tratar de colocar una grieta entre usted y su Se\u00f1or? Claro que ser\u00e1 diferente. La confesi\u00f3n restablece la comuni\u00f3n y es el ant\u00eddoto para la culpa. Y porque ya no hay ninguna condenaci\u00f3n para los que est\u00e1n en Cristo Jes\u00fas (Romanos 8:1<\/strong>) ya no hay ning\u00fan lugar para la culpa en la mente del creyente que ha confesado. P\u00eddale perd\u00f3n al Se\u00f1or y a quienes usted ha hecho da\u00f1o (\u00c9l lo perdonar\u00e1. Ellos talvez no, pero ese es problema de ellos.)
