No a nosotros, oh Jehov\u00e1, no a nosotros, sino a tu nombre da gloria, por tu misericordia, por tu verdad.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 han de decir las gentes: \u00bfD\u00f3nde est\u00e1 ahora su Dios? Nuestro Dios est\u00e1 en los cielos; todo lo que quiso ha hecho.<\/em><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Los \u00eddolos de ellos son plata y oro, obra de manos de hombres. Tienen boca, mas no hablan; tienen ojos, mas no ven; Orejas tienen, mas no oyen; tienen narices, mas no huelen; Manos tienen, mas no palpan; tienen pies, mas no andan; no hablan con su garganta. Semejantes a ellos son los que los hacen, y cualquiera que conf\u00eda en ellos.<\/em><\/p>\n

Oh Israel, conf\u00eda en Jehov\u00e1; \u00e9l es tu ayuda y tu escudo. Casa de Aar\u00f3n, confiad en Jehov\u00e1; el es vuestra ayuda y vuestro escudo. Los que tem\u00e9is a Jehov\u00e1, confiad en Jehov\u00e1; el es vuestra ayuda y vuestro escudo.<\/em><\/p>\n

Jehov\u00e1 se acord\u00f3 de nosotros; nos bendecir\u00e1; bendecir\u00e1 a la casa de Israel; bendecir\u00e1 a la casa de Aar\u00f3n. Bendecir\u00e1 a los que temen a Jehov\u00e1, a peque\u00f1os y a grandes. Aumentar\u00e1 Jehov\u00e1 bendici\u00f3n sobre vosotros; sobre vosotros y sobre vuestros hijos. Benditos vosotros de Jehov\u00e1, que hizo los cielos y la tierra.<\/em><\/p>\n

Los cielos son los cielos de Jehov\u00e1; y ha dado la tierra a los hijos de los hombres. No alabar\u00e1n los muertos a JAH, ni cuantos descienden al silencio; Pero nosotros bendeciremos a JAH desde ahora y para siempre. Aleluya.<\/em><\/p>\n

Los dioses hechos por los hombres rutinariamente les fallan a sus fabricantes. Puede que parezcan tener una apariencia de santidad, pero ninguno de ellos funciona. Tienen el semblante pero no tienen la sustancia. Cuando se descubren, realmente no pueden hacer nada.<\/p>\n

Pero nosotros que sabemos que hemos sido hechos por Dios nunca nos sentiremos decepcionados. Cuando le amamos descubrimos que \u00c9l es amoroso. Cuando ponemos nuestra fe en \u00c9l nos damos cuenta que \u00c9l es fiel. Cuando confiamos en \u00c9l sabemos que \u00c9l es confiable.<\/p>\n

Como escribi\u00f3 el salmista, todos nos convertimos en los dioses que adoramos. Aquellas personas que adoran dioses hechos por los hombres se convertir\u00e1n como ellos, in\u00fatiles y sin ning\u00fan valor, solamente aptos para los fuegos del juicio. Mientras tanto, los que adoramos a nuestro Creador nos convertimos m\u00e1s como es \u00c9l, somos m\u00e1s amorosos, m\u00e1s fieles, m\u00e1s confiables, y estamos destinados a morar en la casa del Se\u00f1or para siempre. Y no es porque seamos mejores, sino porque \u00c9l es mejor. Es Su Santo Esp\u00edritu que mora en nosotros el que nos conforma a la imagen y semejanza de Su Hijo, el que lo hace. \u00c9l ofreci\u00f3 Su justicia para que nosotros pudi\u00e9ramos lograr la nuestra.<\/p>\n

Pero m\u00e1s que eso, \u00c9l nos provee y nos protege en el camino. \u00c9l es una fuente constante de fortaleza en tiempos de necesidad. \u00c9l es el dador de todo bien y don perfectos, el Autor de todas nuestras victorias. \u00c9l es nuestro Creador, nuestro Salvador, nuestro Redentor. Nuestro Se\u00f1or es nuestro Dios.<\/p>\n

La \u00faltima frase del Salmo 115 se traduce Aleluya (Alaben al Se\u00f1or), en hebreo Halelu-Ya. \u00a1Aleluya!<\/p>\n
