First I want to say thank you so much for your ministry. I have learned a great deal from you over the years. My question relates to Ezekiel 38 and Ethiopia. I have watched for many years as the pieces for Ezekiel 38 have fallen into place, the most recent of which has been Turkey. One thing I don’t get is why Ethiopia? From what I can tell, Ethiopia still has a Christian majority with only 1/3 of the population Muslim. What would Ethiopia have to gain by partaking in this alliance?

It’s interesting that the “L in “ISIL” (the name by which the al-Qaeda group originally called themselves, and by which our current administration still refers to them) stands for “Levant”, which incorporates the countries (Lebanon, Syria, Israel, and Jordan, along with portions of southern Turkey and the Sinai peninsula) that are indicated in Psalm 83.

I’m sure it’s just one more of those “chasing prophecy with headlines” things, but it does make you wonder if IS going to eventually stage an attack on Israel that results in the Psalm 83 prophecy being fulfilled?

I believe you may have addressed this question before, but I did not keep it if you did. Lately I have been getting a lot of questions about Christ’s Earthly mother, Mary. All of my references are vague on her ministry and death. Does anyone know for certain how Mary died, natural death or martyrdom?

Because during the tribulation the people left on the earth will be involved in a one world religion, do you believe the news story about the Pope while in Turkey praying towards Mecca with the Muslims gives validly to their religion and is an indication how easy it will be to convince people to follow a one world religion? Is there any were else in the Bible that speaks of a one world religion besides Revelation 17?

I have a question regarding Mary, the mother of Jesus. I can not understand why Jesus would tell John to take care of his mother when she had other children to do that job. I heard that Mary went with John to Turkey where he had a church and she died there. Could you please clarify this because we have the book of James the half brother of Jesus who was a believer so why did not he take care of his mother? Do we know the whole story about this?

I would like to know if there is any evidence of a general time frame for the Isaiah 17 prophecy to be fulfilled? I see many Bible teachers mentioning that it could be fulfilled pretty soon given the current situation in Syria. Do you think there’s any merit to this view that the Bible might not be totally clear on when the prophecy will be fulfilled?

In the upcoming battle of Gog/Magog is it possible that that majority of the direct Russian involvement in this battle is more by military advisors and Russian equipment (such as in Vietnam and the Korean war)? I don’t hear much about Russia hating or wanting the destruction of Israel but all the other countries or regions mentioned in Biblical Prophecy definitely hate the Jews. I know Syria and Lybia and some in Turkey get a great deal of Russian equipment and military weapons. Aside from that there doesn’t seem to be any incentive for Russia to attack, does there? Other than they can sell more weapons to some of those countries around Israel who wish to attack them.

I read in DEBKAfile where Pres. Assad has threatened to flatten Tel Aviv if Turkey or NATO try to intervene in his efforts to put down the rebellion in Syria. Apparently Hezbollah and Iran have agreed to help. How does this fit into the End Times Scenario?

We really appreciate your insight on current events from a Biblical perspective. Based on what we read in secular reports, who do you believe is really determining the direction of the Palestinians? Is it the king of the North or is it the king of the South?
