Comparing The Timing Of End Times Events

Q. Is the assumption that the 1st seal, day of the Lord and the beginning of the seventy week to be the same incorrect?  I hope that you could put up more information concerning this at your site.

A Missing Dispensation?

Q. In your article on life in the millennium you listed the seven dispensations and went from law to grace to kingdom, but grace ends at the Rapture, and the millennium doesn’t start for at least another seven years later.  Seems to me there’s a missing dispensation.  Law A, grace, law B, kingdom?

A Gap Between The Rapture And The 70th Week?

Q. My question is why you don’t write about the gap between the Rapture and the start of they 7 year Tribulation Period taking into consideration Psalm 83 and Obadiah, Verse 18? (maybe you have and I didn’t see it)  I firmly believe that Israel will destroy the Arab countries surrounding Israel (perhaps before or shortly after the Rapture); therefore, why aren’t those same Arab nations mentioned in Psalm 83 mentioned in the Magog War of Ezekiel 38 and 39?  They aren’t.

Why 7 Weeks plus 62 Weeks?

Q. Why does Daniel 9:25 state the time determined as 7 weeks, then 62 weeks instead of just 69 weeks?

Why Blood Sacrifices Again?

Q. I am teaching re: the Millennial Temple, and was most interested in your teaching on the subject in a recent article, and the suggestion that Shiloh may be the location.  I agree that the Age of Grace Interrupted the Age of Law, and it  (age of Law) will take up again during the Tribulation period.

I can understand grain offerings, thanks offerings, etc, being offered, but  when it comes to blood sacrifice, how is that reconciled with the book of Hebrews in which Paul is admonishing believing Jews  not to go back to Judaism; emphasizing that Jesus’ sacrifice was once and for all.?  I realize that there were blood sacrifices other than the sacrifice on the Day of Atonement, picturing Jesus’ atonement sacrifice.  Can you shed some additional light on this?

Will Babylon Be Ready? Follow up

Q. In your 8-6-09 Article regarding “Will Babylon Be Ready” you stated that we are several years away from conditions being right for the start of Daniel’s 70th week. It is my understanding that there is nothing in the Bible that would indicate a several year gap between the rapture of the church and the start of Daniel’s 70th week. Therefore, keeping in mind that no one knows the day or the hour that God will call for his people, it does sound like you are implying that we are still several years away from the rapture taking place.

The First Tribulation Martyrs

Q. I have been wondering about the statement in Revelation 6:9 for long time.
In this verse John said, “I saw under the alter the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God…”.

What got to me is, John only mentioned “the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God” and he did not see the souls of other believers who had died due to old age, sickness of killed by accidents, etc. And too, how about the souls of people like Noah, Abraham, Job, David, Samuel, etc. etc. Aren’t they too suppose to be under the alter as well?

Will Babylon Be Ready?

Q. In Revelation 17-18 the Bible talks of “Babylon the Great” as being the center of the world’s ungodly religion, government, and economics during the end of the Great Tribulation.  Currently the site of the ancient city of Babylon is scarcely inhabited to my knowledge.  How do you see this current heap of rubble being made into the center of the world’s religion, government, and economics in the near future?  For instance, if the 70th week of Daniel started tomorrow, do you see a way that Babylon can be turned into the world’s capital within a 7-year time span?

Seal Up Vision And Prophecy

Q. My wife and I read your website daily and it is truly a breath of fresh air to find a ministry that teaches from the Word and not by other means as most do today.  We have been blessed and encouraged by your site and thank-you for your ministry to us.

I have a question regarding your article about the Great Pause.  In Daniel 9:24 where it says “to seal-up vision and prophecy”, does that mean that Jesus fullfilled the vison and prophecy spoken of Him in the Torah, or that vision and prophecy were to be sealed-up?  Read Post »

Will The 3rd Temple Be Holy In God’s Sight?

Q. The Sanhedrin has been recreated in Israel; the Temple Institute has made/is making Temple implements,  priestly garments etc., all for the building  of the Third Temple, and restoration of Temple Worship during the Tribulation.  The Jews will believe it to be a valid, “real” Temple and their rites to be genuine — up to the time of the Abomination.

What does Scripture suggest will be God’s reaction/response be to Temple rituals performed in good faith by the Jews prior to the Abomination?  Will He honor the sacrifices, etc. in any way?  Will He indicate displeasure or rejection of the sacrifices in any way?
