Q. First of all, thank you so much for your ministry. My question is pertaining to Matthew 24. I believe as you do that this chapter is addressed to Israel and regards the 70th week of Daniel. I’m a bit confused about verses 40 – 42. It sounds rapture like in its description of two together and one taken but according to verse 29 it happens after the tribulation. Is this part of the gathering that the angels do in verse 31 or is it something altogether different?

Q. Thanks for your web site, which is so informative. I was reading an interpretation of Matthew 24:26 which said that the desert in this passage indicated Islam (Prophet from the Desert) and the Inner Rooms referred to Catholicism (the Vatican having over a 1,000 rooms) what would your view on this be please?

Q. You have said that you believe 2018 could possibly be the year of our Lord’s return and I share this belief. In Matthew 23:39 and Luke 13:35 Jesus told the Pharisees that He would not return until He heard them say, ” Blessed is He that cometh in the name of the Lord.” This statement is also in Psalm 118 and I don’t think any other place in the Old Testament I know some prophecy teachers believe that the Psalms is talking about the return of Jesus in certain years but this I’m not sure about. I find this very interesting and wanted your thoughts.

A Bible Study by Jack Kelley
At the time of the 6th Bowl judgment, Satan will send 3 demonic emissaries with miraculous powers to persuade all the Kings of the Earth to gather their armies at Har Megiddo, known to us as Armageddon (Rev. 16:14,) Mt. Megiddo overlooks the plains of Jezreel in central Israel, where the world’s armies will come together for the battle of Jerusalem, less than 100 miles to the south. The anti-Christ will invade Israel and set up headquarters in Jerusalem (Daniel 11:41.45). According to Zechariah, the city will be captured, the houses ransacked, and the women raped. Half of the city will go into exile, but the rest of the people will not be taken from the city. (Zech 14:2)

Q. In reference to your last article on Ascension, it seems like most Bible teachers who teach end time eschatology never refer to Hosea 6:2. It surely must have some significance to the timing of the second coming, does it not?

Q. Your thoughts on Rosh Hashanah (No man knows the day or the hour) being the likely day that the Lord will set up His kingdom on earth has me studying the 7 Feasts in detail. I know that you are not setting dates but I have been really trying to understand the prophetic math for the next decade. Psalm 90:10 tells us that a generation is 70 years. 70 weeks were needed to pay for the transgression, and May 14,1948 plus 70 is 2018. Also, 1967, the year Israel captured Jerusalem was a Jubilee year therefore the next one is calculated to be in 2017- 2018, If that is not enough it seems that 2017 is the Hebrew year 5777. The question is are we correct in looking for His coming on Rosh Hashanah in 2017 or 2018? and if it is 2017 then the Rapture and Tribulation should be very close.

Q. Re: Matthew 24:37-39 Why did Jesus say eating and drinking and marriage? Why didn’t he mention violence going on or bad things happening everywhere. Why did he refer to those days with that explanation. Everyone eats and drinks nowadays and gets married? I don’t understand what he might actually mean?

Q. I have long wondered if the anti-Christ convinces the world’s armies to war against Jesus when He returns by convincing people that Jesus is an alien coming to destroy the world. What do you think?

Q. I was talking to a minister friend of mine, who believes that times are going to get rough for us Christians prior to the rapture. He doesn’t believe we’ll go thru any of the tribulation, but just that things will get rough. I shared with him the Psalm 90:10 and Matthew 24:34. He mentioned about the days of Noah, that Noah preached for 120 years while building the ark, which aligns more with God’s not wanting any to perish. Personally, I think God has waited 2,000 years but was wondering if you’d considered that, and why you lean more to 70 years from 1948.

Q. Thanks for your incredible web site; you address issues most churches today don’t breathe a word about. I am confused with the event that leads to the end of the great tribulation and the actual second coming which I think is some time afterward. What event happens that ends the great tribulation if it is not the second coming?
