Q. For months now I’ve been in a dry place and I just don’t know how to get out of it. I’ve struggled with the lack of desire I have for our Lord and his word. The shame and guilt is there when I wake up and tucks me in at night. I’ve even stopped going to church every Sunday and communication (prayer) with the Lord isn’t any better. I want to be on fire again and I want to love the Lord’s church and I want to be restored to fellowship with Jesus Christ…I just don’t know how.

Q. I don’t know how to specifically phrase my question. I know there are evil spirits in this world.  I know the disciples were given the power to drive out spirits, but I have always been taught that we are not to be involved with the spirit world.  I am asking about this now because someone at my church (which surprised me) has told me that one of my grandchildren is possessed by a spirit.  We recently found out she has been involved with some children playing around with witchcraft and devil worship so nothing would surprise me.  He wants to drive the spirit out.  I am really concerned about getting into all of this.  What should I do?

Q. I am seeing an another website that I often check that a walk with God is required to go in the Rapture, as Enoch walked with God and was caught up.  Now I am under the impression that my faith in Christ justifies me for the Rapture and that’s it.  Do you agree?

Q. In Genesis, starting in the garden, and moving forward in the Old Testament, there are several personal encounters with Bible characters and Jesus (Angel of the Lord). My heart skips a beat when I read about these personal encounters, just imagining what it would be like to have a personal encounter with Him. This is my question – why did those personal encounters stop? Or haven’t they stopped, but the majority of people just don’t know about it?  Do you have any thoughts on this question?

Q. I’m having trouble distinguishing from Scripture if we are the Body of Christ or the bride of Christ. I have a pastor who teaches we are the Body and Israel is the Bride of Christ according to Scripture.  Can you please lead my to Scripture to distinguish between the two?

Q. Two years ago last month, my sister lost her husband to an extended illness. Recently, she has reported seeing “a patch of sparkling lights” in the corner of the ceiling in various rooms of her house. She reports that when this apparition materializes, she feels a calmness that is absent from the majority of her days. She never said anything about this to anyone until one day my niece was at the house and when the “sparkles’ appeared, she asked my sister if she saw it too.

Q. In recent weeks I have had several people, in an attempt to encourage me, quote the passage found in Jeremiah 29:11-13. As I read the chapters around these verses, it is obvious that God was speaking through Jeremiah to the people of Israel in an attempt to give them some hope through the promise that their exile in Babylon would last only 70 years.

Is it reasonable to take such a promise made to a specific group of people during a specific point in history and apply it generally
throughout all of history?

Q. I have a troubling question, I truly believe in God our Lord in Heaven!  God is the only one, who is supposed decide when and how a person should die.  With all of the terrible things going on loss of rights, property, jobs, the downfall of the dollar, collapse of our government, we are facing forced vaccines, maybe martial law, our demise by vaccines, and supposed flu’s, de-population.  How does Gods plan for our deaths fit into what we will be faced with this fall?
