Re: No Longer In A State Of Adultery. As a believer, I know God forgives past, present and future sins. My question, however, is God going to look unfavorably on their relationship for eternity, or Does he accept and bless them because they have asked for, and have received, His forgiveness? Can their relationship ever be pleasing in
God’s sight, or are they doomed to fail?

In the first place marital relationships are only for Earth. In Matt. 22:30 Jesus said at the resurrection people will neither marry nor be given in marriage. But more importantly the Lord’s mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:23) and Jeremiah 31:34 says one of the provisions of the New Covenant is that when God forgives our sins He also forgets them.
