I have a question and would like you to answer it, please. I understood the Jews should not be entitled to Israel until they repent. Are they suppose to be occupying Israel now with unrepentence? Or did they not need to repent before they went back to occupy Israel?

There was no Biblical requirement for the Jews to repent before coming back to the land. In fact, the Lord said it was not for their sake He was going to bring them back but for the sake of His name. (Ezekiel 36:22, Ezekiel 36:32). But to receive the Kingdom blessings they will have to repent. According to Zechariah 12:10 this will happen near the end of the Great Tribulation.
