Isaiah 17 And Revelation

I’ve done an extensive study on Revelation to be used for presentation to older youth. I believe the Oracle of Damascus us almost upon us, but I’m trying to find the “wording” that links it to Revelation as I present it. Where do you see the connection (if you do)?

Q. Israeli PM Olmert announced “talks with Syria” and the Golan Heights are on the table to trade for peace, I was trying to make the connection to the book of Revelation. I’ve done an extensive study on Revelation to be used for presentation to older youth.

A. I believe that Isaiah 17 will be fulfilled before the events foretold in Revelation occur. Therefore I don’t believe there are any references to the destruction of Damascus in Revelation.
