Judgment For Believers?

Q. I am seeing more and more that when we go to salvation judgment seat, God/Jesus may punish us for not doing good work here on earth. Is that true? I thought we should have faith and be saved, but is there another judgment?

A. There is only one judgment for believers and it’s called the Bema Seat judgment.  It takes place after the Rapture and is more like an awards ceremony where we’ll be recognized for the things we did here.

God can’t punish you for anything, because He already punished His Son in your place.  The only thing that can happen at the bema judgment is that we will discover we’ve failed to qualify for certain rewards because of the way we’ve behaved. Our salvation is secure as is our place in the Kingdom.(1 Cor 3:13-15)
