Staying On Fire
My question is how can I know for certain that I am in the middle of God’s will for my life? And also how can I stay continually on fire for God?
Q. God Bless you and your ministry.

Love your site as always, may the Lord continue to bless you tremendously.
A. Romans 12:1-2 says, “Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”
To me that means giving my whole life over to God to do with as He pleases. When you get rid of everything else and have only Him, there’s no more interference drowning out what He tells you. And He will tell you what His will for you is. After all that’s why He created you. As far as staying on fire for Him, when you’re in His will, you will be on fire for Him, because you’ll realize there’s no where else you’d rather be.
After Jesus told the people they had to eat His flesh and drink His blood (symbolized in the Lord’s Supper) many of His followers left Him. He said to His Disciples, “You do not want to leave too, do you?”
Simon Peter answered him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. We believe and know that you are the Holy One of God.” (John 6:67-69) Even in tough times, there was nowhere else they’d rather have been.
