If the Lord determines this boy is not intellectually mature enough to understand the sin/salvation issue, and therefore should not be held accountable for his sins, then he will be going in the rapture. He would also go if he is mature enough to be accountable and asks the Lord to forgive him for his sins and allow him to be born again as a child of God (John 1:12-13).
Remember, everyone who goes in the rapture was a sinner and by nature an object of God’s wrath before becoming saved (Ephes. 2:3-5).
