The Coming Temple

Q

I was looking at Hosea 6:2, “After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.”
In 2 Pet 3:8, it is written that, “…one day [is] with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.”

And from the book of Revelation and the book of Daniel we find that in Bible prophecy a year is 360 day, this too was used in the describing the time of flood in the day of Noah (Genesis 7:11,24; 8:3,4). However, currently we have 365 day/year plus leap year. For approximation, just for the fun of it, and use 365.25 day/year.

Now I interpret Hosea 6:2 as saying 2 day as 2000 years, and we have: 2000 X 360 / 365.25 = 1971.25 years.

That’s as good a guess as anyone’s. As you probably know I believe there’s a 19 year window of time between 2018 and 2037 for all prophecy including the 2nd coming to be fulfilled. In other words all end times prophecy can be fulfilled as early as 2018 but no later than 2037. So your time fits within that window.

I base this on my interpretation of Matt. 24:34 (the generation being born when the signs begin will still be alive at their completion) Luke 21:24 (Jerusalem will be trampled on by the gentiles until the times of the gentiles are fulfilled) and Psalm 90:10 (an average life span is 70 years.) 70 years from 1948 when Israel became a nation is 2018 and 70 years from 1967 when Jerusalem became an undivided Jewish city again is 2037.
