My question is regarding the correlation between “all these things” (Matthew 24:34) and Satan’s final doom at the end of the millennium. If a generation will not pass until “all these things” have been fulfilled, is Satan’s doom not considered an end times prophecy since it is well outside of the length of a generation from the beginning of the end time?
Since the end of the Millennium will occur 1,000 years after the 2nd Coming, Jesus couldn’t have intended to say both events would happen in the same lifetime.
Reading the passage carefully, we can see that He was only referring to their question about the signs of the end of the age. This age will come to an end at the time of the 2nd Coming. The Millennium, which will begin shortly after the 2nd coming, is part of the next age.
