What is the criteria for Tribulation Salvation? I mean, now, the salvation is by grace through faith. The Holy Spirit will be taken away. Is the tribulation salvation by faith plus works or by works alone, or what?

Salvation is always by faith. As I read Rev. 14:12 and 16:15, Tribulation believers will not be granted eternal security like the Church is. They’ll have to work to maintain their faith under extremely adverse conditions by keeping the commandments. And of those who survive, some will not be able to maintain their faith and will be denied entrance into the Kingdom. The Parable of the 10 virgins illustrates this (Matt. 25:1-13).
