What About God’s Chosen People? Follow Up

Q

Regarding “What About God’s Chosen People” I am confused about what you mean by this phrase ” If they survive they’ll be judged just after the 2nd Coming and sent off the planet.” Are these Jewish unbelievers not sent to Hades along with Gentile unbelievers, or is there a separate place “off the planet” that I am not aware of. Thanks for clearing this up for me.

In the judgments of Matt. 24-25, to which I was referring, people who survive the Great Tribulation and are judged to be unbelievers will be excluded from the Kingdom. In Matt. 24:51 those represented by the unfaithful servant will be assigned a place with the hypocrites, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. In Matt 25:30 this place is called the outer darkness and is where those who are like the servant who hid his talent will go. In the parable of the 10 virgins, the five without oil will be denied entrance to the Kingdom (Matt. 25:10-12), but there’s no place on Earth that won’t be part of the Kingdom (Zech. 14:9). And in the Sheep and Goat judgment the goats will be sent away to the eternal fire prepared for the devil and His angels (Matt. 25:41). I interpret these verses to mean all unbelievers will be taken off the planet at the beginning of the Millennium leaving only believers to repopulate the Earth.
