Q. I appreciate your answers and devotion to research. I watched the History Channel’s presentation about 2012. Since the Mayan Calendar and it’s purported accuracy are used as a source for the ‘prophecy” about the end of the world, I wonder what this calendar says about the time period around 900 AD and the end of their society. I’m not trying to be argumentative but, this should have loomed pretty large on their list of events to watch out for.

A Bible Study by Jack Kelley
“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal.” (Matt. 6:19-20)

Q. I’m sending you several video clips on the apparent drying up of the Euphrates River. By the way, does Rev. 16:12 [The sixth angel poured his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up, to prepare the way for the kings from the east.] have to do anything with this drying up now, because this bowl judgment is a tribulation action, right?

Men will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world. (Luke 21:26)
I realize that the above verse is meant for the Great Tribulation, but it came to mind as I read some of the “news reports” that have come across my screen this week. Here’s a sample of what’s currently going around.

Q. I was recently leading a study of Daniel Ch. 2 and had a thought on which I would like your input. The statue has very specific patterns in the materials. From the head down, it’s decreasing in value (gold-silver-bronze-iron) while increasing in strength and are identified by their prominent use in the respective empires (Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greek, Roman) until I get to the feet and toes. The feet and toes are iron mixed with clay. It sounds to me like our modern use of concrete.

Q. I have a troubling question, I truly believe in God our Lord in Heaven! God is the only one, who is supposed decide when and how a person should die. With all of the terrible things going on loss of rights, property, jobs, the downfall of the dollar, collapse of our government, we are facing forced vaccines, maybe martial law, our demise by vaccines, and supposed flu’s, de-population. How does Gods plan for our deaths fit into what we will be faced with this fall?

Q. I just watched a video that was posted on (a Christian News Site) in which a Bible scholar researched a passage spoken by the Lord that may have given a clue to the Antichrist’s identity. In Luke 10:18, Jesus said, “And I beheld Satan as lightning falling from the heavens…”. The filmmaker went on to point out, that using the ancient Hebrew text, in the poetry of Isaiah 14, ‘lightning’ means ‘Baraq’, and ‘heavens, or high places’ is Bamah. Then, he explains that a conjuction that the Hebrews would use, is vaw, which would be pronounced ‘U’ or ‘O’. What are your thoughts on this?

Q. How should we as Christians view the current war between USA and the middle east?
I’m supporting a soldier in the middle east by writing to her … then I hear people saying what about the innocents of war and why support men and women who are sent to murder and kill? Whats Gods view on all this? Isn’t this war part of end times prophecy?

250 Israeli Rabbis Sign Letter to Obama: “Hands off Jerusalem”
In a reference to the upcoming “nine days” which culminate in Tisha B’Av, the rabbis tell US Pres. Obama that “during these days, in which the Jewish people mourn the destruction of Jerusalem and mark the disgraceful memory of its destroyers, we are certain that you, Mr. Barack Obama, do not want to enter that disreputable list of those who raise their hand to strike Jerusalem and those who live in it.”
The rabbinical letter ends with a clear request: “If you, Mr. Obama, wish to leave any chance at all for peace and quiet in the Middle East, take your hands off the Holy City of Jerusalem right now!”
