It used to be that the world laughed at Christians for our beliefs. Now I think it's time to return the favor. I say that because it's utterly laughable what non-believers are running after in their increasingly futile effort to deny the existence of God.

For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy. (Exodus 20:11)

Three current news reports indicate it's time for another Ezekiel 38 heads up. Remember Ezekiel prophesied that sometime after the Nation of Israel was re-born, but before the beginning of the Millennium, a group of Moslem nations led by Iran and armed by Russia would pull of a devastating sneak attack, entering Israel from the North.

"Woe to the obstinate children," declares the LORD, "to those who carry out plans that are not mine, forming an alliance, but not by my Spirit, heaping sin upon sin; who go down to Egypt without consulting me; who look for help to Pharaoh's protection, to Egypt's shade for refuge." Isaiah 30:1-2

Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. This is what the ancients were commended for. Hebr. 11:1-2

Of all the so-called holy books, only the Bible authenticates itself. It does so through a method we call predictive prophecy and it works like this.

The undersea earthquake and resulting tsunami on 12-26-04 were bad enough. Now experts are saying the current death toll of 150,000 could easily double due to famine, disease, and lack of medical assistance. People are asking if the End of the Age is at hand, like right now.

The Lord wanted His people to trust in Him for their security, not in their material possessions. Had man permanently adopted these laws as his own, there would be very little poverty in the world today, and almost no war or oppression...

So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.
