This week in Mexico 8-23-24
Here’s a glimpse of our week of outreaches in Mexico.
Quick links to the other parts this week:
Happy weekend everyone! Here in Mexico, we have been working overtime to get our kids ready for school! We had to source uniforms from several different places to get all the sizes and types we need. But, the moms say our kids might not have school in the morning! They say the teachers are on strike, having not been fully paid for the previous school year yet. So we’ll be ready, and we’ll be waiting to see what happens on Monday.
Our Escuelita
Our last week of summer break has been so fun with the kids! And all the families are ready to begin the next school year.
Olga’s House project
This week, we continued providing proper drainage down the side of her home! It was hard work in the hot summer sun, but our guys worked tirelessly to get it done! The ground here is so hard that we even needed a jackhammer to get through several sections!
Thank you so much for praying with us for those we serve together!
