This family has two young kids, and their home is basically a one room studio apartment. Last year we were asked to give concrete so the Dad could poor a cement floor, and we learned about their situation when we delivered it. Their land goes straight up a mountain and this one room house was built right up against it. We knew we wanted to add onto the house, but the property is so vertical we would need to hire a tractor to clear a space for the construction. The first several we contacted didn’t even want to drive to the property, and wouldn’t consider working on it. After much prayer we found someone willing and construction began! The addition will have one bedroom for the kids and one for the parents, with a bathroom in between. This will be their first indoor bathroom!
