Is there any reasonable proof that the present creation is 6000 years old. I have not found one yet and I am a believer in Jesus as savior and Lord.

This is a controversial issue. If you include the planet itself in your question, the short answer is no, there isn’t any proof. If you exclude the planet and are speaking only about the work of making it suitable to support the plants, animals, and man that God placed here as described in Genesis 1, then we have an eyewitness who testified that this all happened about 6000 years ago. That eye witness is God Himself. If you’re a believer, then His testimony should be sufficient.
