Q
Do you think the disciples and Jesus ever had “fun”? I mean, when they were resting or just before sleeping, did they just ever sit around and talk? Or were they just so focused on their ministry that they didn’t need/want that kind of interaction with each other?
A
The Bible doesn’t say so specifically but my guess is that they had the same sense of camaraderie as any group of men and women who were closely associated would enjoy. It’s human nature to do so and after all they were human. Jesus did eat and drink with sinners (Luke 5:29-30), attended at least one wedding (John 2:1-11), and was an invited guest in the homes of several people that we know of (Luke 7:36). Surely there were many other instances not recorded in the Bible.
