Q. If God has blinded the Jewish people do they still go to Hell? I know that he will deal with them during the Tribulation but what about the ones from the last 2000 years who lived and died before the Tribulation? I’m confused and a little shaky (my beloved friends are Jewish and they ask me often about Christianity and Jewish people going to Hell).
A. Remember their blinding was the result of their rejection of the Messiah (Luke 19:41-45). When they rejected Him they rejected the only provision God had made for their sins. Like the gentiles, they have all had individual opportunities to accept Jesus and be saved during their lifetimes, and countless thousands have done so. But as a nation they’ve been blinded until the Church is gone.
