Not Priests And Not Kings

Q

My question has to do with those martyred during the Tribulation. If I understand your teaching correctly, these are not part of the church/bride who will reign with Christ and are called priests and Kings. Revelation 20:4 says some of these martyrs came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.” What does it mean “and reigned with Christ for a thousand years? What is their destiny in the millennium?

A

The first ones to arrive in Heaven after the Church has been raptured serve God in His Temple but are not called priests (Rev. 7:9-17). The martyrs resurrected in Rev. 20:4-6 to reign with Christ are called priests but not kings. Only the Church is given the dual designation of Kings and Priests. I think these martyrs serve in a subordinate level to the Church in the administration of the Millennial Kingdom.
