In Revelation 12:14, It says that when the Antichrist moves against Israel there will be given to Israel two wings of a great eagle so that she may fly into the place where she is nourished for time, times and half a time. Is the great eagle the United States and will we be protecting Israel?
Rev. 12:4 will take place at the beginning of the Great Tribulation when the believing remnant of Israel will heed the Lord’s warning from Matt. 24:15-16 to flee from the anti-Christ.
I believe John was comparing Israel’s flight to Exodus 19:4 where God said, ” You yourselves have seen what I did to Egypt, and how I carried you on eagles’ wings and brought you to myself.”
God was referring to His own power here, and not to the power of any nation, and I think John was saying it will be the same in Rev. 12:14.
Any remaining loyalty the USA has toward Israel will have disappeared with the rapture of Church which will have happened several years earlier.
