Q
Re: Why Did Paul Go To Jerusalem? This leads me to ask, then, did Paul die an “untimely” death? . . . and do people (particularly believers) sometimes die “untimely” deaths?
A
An “untimely” death is one that takes place before it would normally be expected. It can happen because of a sudden illness, an accident, an act of violence, or for some other reason.
Lots of people die untimely deaths, whether they are believers or not. Paul’s untimely death happened to come as a result of having his head chopped off by a Roman executioner.
