What happened to the people who did not know anything about Jesus or ten commandment of Moses and died? Will they be punished or enter in to life? For an example I will take an ancient civilian who did not live in Israel and lived before Jesus was born.
God cannot judge anyone unfairly, so with Him responsibility is a function of privilege. The less you’re privileged to know, the smaller your responsibility is. According to Romans 1:18-20 the minimum responsibility is to know that God exists, because even a casual observation of the Creation will reveal that fact. Of course the very young and the mentally handicapped are exempt even from that.
In my opinion, once we come to that conclusion, God will do everything possible to reveal Himself more fully to us. But if there was no way for a person to know more than the fact that God exists, then that’s all that would have been required.
