Q
I have always heard that the judgment seat of Christ takes place right after the rapture. When do people that are saved during the tribulation and survive it appear at the judgment seat of Christ?
A
The judgment seat of Christ, also known as the Bema, is exclusive to the Church and is for the purpose of recognizing the things we have done at the Lord’s direction and in His strength while on Earth (1 Cor. 3:10-15). I agree that it will probably take place right after the rapture.
The Bible does not mention any other group before or after the Church being honored in this way. I think this is because only the Church has been asked to believe solely by faith.
