Q
If someone believes in the saving grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, yet doesn’t believe in the Rapture event, will they still go? I have many friends who say that they don’t “necessarily” believe in the Rapture, but are true Christians who have taken Christ as their Savior.
A
Believing that Jesus died for our sins and rose again is the most basic requirement of true Christianity (1 Cor. 15:3-4) and is necessary for inclusion in the rapture. Believing in the rapture of the Church is not a requirement of true Christianity. Therefore, all true Christians will be taken in the rapture, even those who don’t believe in one.
