Q. Where in the world are our rabbis? I am amazed at the information I was never given in a church building. I have learned more in the past three years on-line (and doing other research) about the symbolism, and the prophecies, and just the basic social implications of the stories in the Bible than I ever got at church in all my 41 years. It’s like comparing watery Kool-Aid to the best wine ever made. Why, why, why didn’t anyone ever teach me any of this stuff? I’ve been starving for this information all my life and didn’t even know it was there–I just figured there was too much mystery in the Bible for me to ever really understand much of it. The information you provide is one of the invaluable sources I have come to trust and rely upon–I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate you.
A. There was a time not too long ago when all these thing were taught in Churches. But then came the Documentary Hypothesis and the school of Modern Rationalism and soon many of the major seminaries were thrown completely off the track in the name of intellectualism.
As a result there are millions of church goers who’ve never been told they must be born again and don’t have the foggiest notion of how close they are to losing an eternal blessing that was their’s for the asking. It has been one of the enemy’s greatest victories and it was accomplished at the hand of “Christian” Theologians. In effect, 2 Cor. 11:13-15 warns us that when you’re searching for Satan in the Church, don’t forget to look in the pulpit.
