40 Days of Prayer 2025!

It’s time for one of my favorite practices of the year, our 40 Day Prayer Challenge! I so look forward to this time together as a community seeking the Lord and growing together.
We began this practice in 2020 to help each other prayerfully enter the time of Resurrection during a time of upheaval and uncertainty. We prayed big prayers and experienced God moving mightily in our homes, work, and hearts. The following year, we added the practice of reading the Bible together to our big prayers, and it will be our sixth time doing this as a community. ♥ Last year, we focused on spiritual practices to grow and become more like Jesus (you can browse through those here). It was such a blessing to spend time together focusing on maturing in our faith.
This year, we’ve prepared a reading list, taking 40 passages from the four gospels. From now until Resurrection Sunday we will spend time praying and reading through the life of Jesus. It’s such a blessing to read and pray through the same passages together as a community each day. We get to experience God moving in our midst as we share what God’s Spirit highlights for us each day.
I pray the Lord moves mightily in your life over the next 46 days, drawing near to Him. I know He has wonderful treasures in store for you!
♥ Samantha
